Behavioral Specialist

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team in a school setting.

• Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral disorders, or developmental delays.
• Evaluate and determine education goals, or develop Behavior Intervention Plans for students in need of behavior support.
• Ensure that intervention plans are effective and safe, and maintain compliance with State or District guidelines.
• Consult with staff and parents on behavior intervention strategies in the classroom and at home.
• Supervise Special Education staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Aides.

• Active BCBA certification.
• Prior experience in behavior support is preferred.
