Production Specialist

Duro-Last Roofing, the world's largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems, is seeking highly motivated production candidates to join our team. This 1st shift opportunity offers a competitive starting salary of $18/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations
- Learn and master basic tasks, including equipment operation and manufacturing procedures
- Maintain accurate records through completion of required paperwork
- Participate in scheduled meetings, including plant, production, and safety meetings
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years old
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Must pass pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check
- Possess ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends when necessary
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
