Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at STRUCTURAL. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on industrial rope access and facade restoration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Valid SPRAT level 3 or IRATA level 3 card, with the ability to work at heights.
