Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathology Specialist, you will work with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, providing individualized support to help them achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in student communication skills
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and communication goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • ASHA certification highly desirable
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in a school setting, preferably with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
