We cover all training expenses, and upon completion, you can earn between $25 to $35 per hour. The potential for growth is significant, but it requires your initiative to seize the opportunity.

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Outdoor Service Leader
· Deliver a Range of Services – Whether it’s window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter maintenance, or window tinting, you will directly engage with our customers.
· Foster a Positive Customer Experience – After completing each job, you will handle payments, conduct walkthroughs, solicit feedback, and suggest additional services.
· Maintain Equipment – You will be responsible for ensuring all tools and equipment are clean and in good working condition.
· Adhere to the Window Genie Service Standards – We have established methods to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
· Possess a personal cell phone with a data plan for communication.
· Have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at work.
· Be capable of climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working for extended periods with your arms raised.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24-$35 per hour, depending on your prior experience in similar roles.
