Responsibilities

• Manage the wait list to ensure efficient guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Communicate guest concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer telephone calls and direct them accordingly.
• Assist fellow team members as needed to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
