We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Data Services team as a Consultant, Data Governance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data governance and management frameworks, with experience in supporting large-scale projects and developing data strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients and internal project teams on data readiness topics related to EHS and ESG functions.
  • Maintain successful relationships with clients, ERM employees, and subcontractors.
  • Perform and manage multiple tasks within scope, budget, and schedule expectations, ensuring quality standards on project deliverables.
  • Enable clients to build data-driven cultures in EHS and ESG programs and align stakeholders.
  • Support data foundation design for information management in data collection, storage, mapping, reporting, and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and performance indicators.
  • Build data catalogues/inventories and define client needs and evaluate market solutions for data and information management.
  • Define and deliver data lineage and life cycle management programs and projects.
  • Facilitate management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in data management/governance roles.
  • Experience in Environmental Consulting or Management Consulting industries.
  • Proven experience successfully supporting complex data projects and programs.
  • Ability to analyze data at all stages for problems, logic, and consistency.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
