Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.

Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

This role will involve providing ongoing clinical learning support for Home Health and Hospice teams, including onboarding, education, preceptor preparation, competency assessment, and evidence-based practice implementation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy, plus 2 years of experience in Home Health and Hospice; SLP, OT, or PT certification is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
