As a Customer Service Representative at Sam's Club, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve issues and concerns, using your knowledge and expertise to deliver solutions
  • Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including sweeping and zoning the area to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Process member transactions, handle payments, and maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $24.00, based on experience and performance
