Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized care plans for clients and document completed tasks.
  • Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing and dressing.
  • Support with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry.
  • Provide transportation for clients to essential appointments and errands.
  • Assist clients in managing their medications.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health status.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and flexibility to meet departmental needs.
  • Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required.


Qualifications & Skills:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide is required (training will be provided).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Completion of a pre-employment physical examination.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance if driving.
  • A nurturing and compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Ability to work independently and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
