Job Title: Packaging Operator

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at L'Oreal USA, Inc. in Franklin, NJ. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for the total operation of all manual, semiautomatic, and automatic packaging lines, including quality control, material procurement, line set up, and adjustment of product within specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain packaging lines, including manual, semiautomatic, and automatic equipment
  • Perform quality control checks on products and packaging materials
  • Procure and manage inventory of packaging materials and supplies
  • Set up and adjust packaging lines to meet production specifications
  • Perform light preventative maintenance on packaging equipment
  • Train and assist other packaging employees as needed
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of packaging equipment and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
