Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the operations of one or more food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and cafes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and events, to develop and execute promotional campaigns and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with a proven track record of leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and make accurate conclusions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
