About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Burger World Texas/BurgerFi. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations, and assist the restaurant management team as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of restaurant supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Must have valid driver's license and be Food Handler certified & TABC certified, professional oral and written communication skills, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Personality: Personable, friendly, and outgoing personality, with initiative, drive, and a self-starting work ethic.
