Janitorial Specialist

ABM is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

The Cleaner will provide cleaning and upkeep services to assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Move furniture, boxes, and equipment to clean areas
• Clean interior partition glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Gather and empty trash
• Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, and remove snow
• Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience is required, and on-the-job training will be provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
