Job Overview

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Pavilions Apartments in Las Vegas. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our community and grounds area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of community areas and report any issues or concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Assist with turnover work in vacant units, including painting, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Respond to emergency calls and complete work requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the curb appeal of our community and ensure common areas are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in property management maintenance.
  • Skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tile and carpet installation and repair, door repair, appliance repair, locks, concrete, masonry, roofing, fencing, custodial items, carpentry, and landscaping.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $17.00-$21.00/hour DOE.
