Teller Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Teller Manager to lead our team of service colleagues and provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service/advice activities and/or solutions while maintaining compliance and regulatory guidelines.

About the Role: As a Teller Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing colleagues toward achieving overall store results, including operational excellence, store advice and referral goals, and personal development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of service colleagues to promote a positive customer and colleague experience.
• Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service/advice activities and/or solutions.
• Maintain compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational excellence, store advice and referral goals, and personal development objectives.
