Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to investigate pharmacy benefits, patient adherence, and copay assistance programs.
  • Coordinate medication refills, delivery services, and other access channels to ensure timely treatment.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of medication names, drug therapies, and clinical practices.
  • Provide follow-up support to patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure ongoing medication access.
Requirements
  • CPhT certification (Certified Pharmacy Technician)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician in a retail, outpatient, or infusion pharmacy, or payor environment
