Occupational Therapy Assistant

The Meadows of Leipsic is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with occupational therapists to provide therapeutic interventions and support patients in achieving their functional goals.

We are looking for an individual with a degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program and 0-1 years of experience. As an OTA, you will assist in carrying out treatment plans, help patients with exercises and adaptive techniques, and observe and document patient progress.

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on home exercises and adaptive techniques
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Support occupational therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide health, dental, and vision benefits after one month of employment, as well as a mental health support program and student loan repayment options.
