Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trailer Repair Specialist to join our team at North Central Utility. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing trailers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Trailer Systems: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair various trailer systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks to ensure trailers are in top condition and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct Thorough Inspections: Perform detailed inspections of trailers to identify any issues or defects, and document findings for future reference.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and concise updates to customers on repair status and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and effective problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience: As a Trailer Repair Specialist, you will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in trailer repairs and maintenance.
  • Strong Knowledge of Trailer Systems: You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of various trailer systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
  • Familiarity with Diagnostic Tools: Familiarity with various diagnostic tools and equipment is essential for this role.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and repair trailer systems.
