Broadwind Industrial Solutions is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Sanford, NC. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for procuring materials, supplies, and services at the most favorable terms for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain risks and opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in xTuple a plus.
