About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform a variety of testing, project-specific observations, and site assessment duties under direct supervision and/or from detailed controlled procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate testing equipment and conduct testing, including soil, concrete, and other materials, and provide assessment of data through reporting.
  • Work utilizing drawings, specifications, and diagrams to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and data from test results.
  • Operate a calculator to calculate mathematical test results.
Requirements:
  • H.S. Education or Equivalent, preferred.
  • No Experience Required - individuals with less experience are welcome to apply - we offer in-house training and opportunity for advancement commensurate with performance.
  • ACI, INDOT, or other applicable certifications are preferred.
  • Must have Basic Math, Calculator, and Computer Skills.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal and written communication.
  • Must be able to read and understand work plans.
  • Must be able to work off-shifts and overtime.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record (required).
