About This Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Nursing Care Advocate to join our team. As a Nursing Care Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
  • Care Planning: Develop an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.
  • Interventions: Provide interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and updates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Licensure: Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
  • Certification: CPR certification.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
