**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Taproom Bartender to join our team at New Realm Brewing Co. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of service in our taproom.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our beer and food menu, making recommendations to guests and answering questions with confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks, as well as sidework duties, with a high level of independence and initiative.
  • Recognize and address any issues or concerns with guests in a proactive and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of beer and spirits is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
