Responsibilities
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with CHE Behavioral Health, you will have the opportunity to work independently, providing mental health services to seniors in a variety of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services to seniors in short-term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric mental health

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- MSN-Psychiatric Mental Health degree
- ANCC Certification
- Experience with psychotropic medication management and DEA
- Preferred: Psych certification
