We are seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. As a Registered Nurse in our Med Surge Unit V, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to patients in the Med Surge Unit V, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care standards.
Requirements:
ASN or Nursing Diploma
At least one year of Med/Surg experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills
BLS and ACLS AHA certification
Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
Medical Surgical experience with Behavioral interest
