Job Title: Loan Administrator/Customer Service Representative III

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Administrator/Customer Service Representative III to join our team at Third Federal Savings and Loan Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in our retail branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with banking transactions, including opening depository accounts and taking Equity Line/loan applications
  • Resolve customer issues on the platform and provide excellent customer service
  • Work in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 6 months of recent Retail Bank Teller experience
  • 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings, Equity loan applications, and resolving customer issues
  • Conventional first mortgage experience is a plus
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, as well as positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
  • High School graduate or equivalent
