Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an OT at PruittHealth @ Home, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Provide ongoing treatment and support to patients in their homes, including therapy sessions, home modifications, and equipment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, integrate, and manage patient care plans.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a home health setting.
