Site Supervisor Job Description

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Site Manager in supervising activities at the site location
  • Supervise tasks or special projects at the site location
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise among employees or between clients and staff
  • Train new employees on job duties and cross-train current staff
  • Complete required logs, reports, and other paperwork
  • Perform quality checks on all work
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred in a reprographic/mail setting
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance
  • Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
