Job Overview

We are an innovative provider of outpatient therapy services at home, seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality care in Assisted Living Facilities and residential settings. Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package of $65 per treatment session, with opportunities for additional income through PRN assignments. We value our therapists' autonomy and flexibility, offering the freedom to choose when they work and select cases based on their availability.


Job Responsibilities

This role involves implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
  • Communicating effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining timely and thorough documentation of services in the medical record

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a graduate degree from an accredited college or university, with a focus on physical therapy. Two years of clinical experience in the respective field of study are preferred, along with active licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. A flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, are also essential.
