Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Part Time

Job Overview:

The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Part Time to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate Part Time, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
  • Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales and achieve store sales volume and metrics goals.
  • Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact.
  • Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
  • Assist with visually merchandising the store, including complying with brand standards.
  • Help monitor the security of all Company property and report any discrepancies to management.

Requirements:

  • Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise located at ground level and to assist customers put on shoes.
  • Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies located above shoulder level.
  • Operate a computer and cash register, including manual tasks such as reaching across the counter to exchange monies with customer.
  • Stand and walk for the majority of work shift, sometimes as long as twelve hours per day, five or sometimes six days per week.
