The Wellington at Springfield is seeking a skilled LPN Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide leadership and guidance to our nursing assistants, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities include:
Directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants
Administering medications as ordered by the physician
Making written and oral reports concerning the activities of your shift
Ensuring adequate supply of medications, supplies, and equipment is on hand

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience required
Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN and maintain current and unencumbered licensure
