At Sobe Innovative Rehab, we value transparency and collaboration with our therapy team. You will have access to detailed payment reports and be encouraged to utilize your clinical judgment. Your schedule flexibility allows you to make your own arrangements, agree or disagree on patient assignments, all while treating patients from one location – eliminating the complexities associated with traveling between houses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community
  • Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
  • New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged to apply
  • Actively Licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist

This is a PRN position, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within our organization.
