Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Separation & Physical Health

Decypher Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in supporting Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to variable patient populations, utilizing judgment in selecting the appropriate order and sequence of procedures and treatments.
  • Recognize and respond to patient needs for care, including medication, equipment-assisted care, and patient/family education.
  • Prepare and administer prescribed medications and perform treatments according to established policies/procedures.
  • Initiate and complete assigned duties in providing care to patients, accurately recognizing, reporting, and recording relevant patient information.
  • Orient peers and ancillary personnel to unit policies and procedures, skills, and standards of practice.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate in nursing from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university, or vocational nursing program.
  • One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • US Citizen.
  • NACI background check.
