About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and providing solutions to complex hardware/software problems. They will also assist in administration activities for Containerized applications and provide technical support to platform users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems.
  • Familiar with Red Hat Openshift container platform and responsible for working with applications deployed on the Openshift platforms.
  • Assist in administration activities for Containerized application and provide technical support to the platform users.
  • Provide guidance and best practices documentation for the adoption of Containerized applications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive and proven experience of platform implementation, including shell scripting, advanced OS troubleshooting, new builds and deployments, software installation, system tuning, and monitoring. You should also have experience with Docker, Container, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux Administration, shell scripts.
