Role Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive will take charge of generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales objectives. This position demands a strategic mindset and a successful history in sales, particularly within the granite or construction materials domain. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding negotiation abilities, a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, and the capability to finalize significant deals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving organizational sales goals and broadening our client base.
- Identify and pursue fresh business leads through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts by delivering exceptional service and recognizing upselling prospects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the granite, construction materials, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets and closing substantial deals.
- In-depth knowledge of the granite fabrication process and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive base salary plus commission, with first-year total compensation expectations ranging from $150k to $180k.
