Mathematics Instructor

Sylvan Learning Center is seeking passionate and experienced teachers and tutors to join our team of dedicated educators. As a Sylvan instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages, focusing on high school math and science subjects, including Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-Calculus. Statistics and high school sciences are also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Work with students to build their confidence and academic skills in math and science.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in math or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring high school math and science subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
