As a vital member of our security team, you will report directly to the DIRECTOR OF SECURITY and undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff. Your key duties will include:
- Conducting regular patrols of designated areas to safeguard company assets and assist guests and team members.
- Monitoring the premises for underage individuals and suspicious activities.
- Documenting incidents related to theft, injuries, or property damage with detailed reports.
- Assessing the condition of patrons and addressing any signs of intoxication or impairment.
- Managing gaming area operations, including overseeing jackpots and assisting with slot machine transactions.
- Providing a visible security presence to deter theft and maintain order.
- Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
- Responding promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring effective communication with the maintenance team for any urgent issues.
- Assisting in emergency evacuations and implementing safety protocols during critical incidents.
- Performing first aid and CPR when required, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Handling lost and found items with care and accuracy.
- Escorting guests and team members to their vehicles when needed.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a security role is advantageous.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, plus tips.
