Job Description

The Guest Services Representative (Front Desk) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized attention, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting guests, answering their queries, and providing detailed information about the venue.
  • Managing reservations, waitlists, and special requests with precision and professionalism.
  • Coordinating events, tournaments, and other activities to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Responding to feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • The ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
  • The ability to travel unassisted as needed.
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
