Job DescriptionThe Guest Services Representative (Front Desk) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing personalized attention, and ensuring seamless communication with guests and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting guests, answering their queries, and providing detailed information about the venue.
- Managing reservations, waitlists, and special requests with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinating events, tournaments, and other activities to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Responding to feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
This role requires:
- The ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs.
- The ability to travel unassisted as needed.
- The ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
