Job Title: Biker Moped Delivery Expert

At Domino's Franchise, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biker Moped Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pizzas and other items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inspect vehicles before deliveries to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with management and team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing.
  • Handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  • Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
  • Assemble and fold boxes. Affix labels and promotional materials as needed.
  • Assist with prep work.
  • Read order slips or receive verbal instructions to prepare order according to specifications, often making several different orders simultaneously.
  • Clean, stock, and restock work stations and display cases.
  • Adhere to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.   • Be capable of reading a map, locating addresses, and interpreting Global Positioning System (GPS) directions within designated delivery area.
  • Navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers, take and process orders.
  • Superb ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
