About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiologist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our outpatient rehab team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating hearing disorders in patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and interpret audiometric and vestibular diagnostic testing to assess hearing sensitivity and quality.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs for patients with hearing, balance, and related ear impairments and/or disorders.
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for neonates through geriatrics to detect, manage, and counsel patients with hearing loss and related disorders.
  • Gather and analyze patient information, including test results and consultations with other healthcare professionals, to inform treatment plans.
  • Establish and communicate treatment goals and plans with patients and caregivers, while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Provide education and support to patients and caregivers based on identified needs, using clear and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Audiology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Audiology or a relevant area.
  • State license in Audiology.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
