As a Home Companion with Chrysalis, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized support and creating a safe, inclusive environment for all.

You will work closely with each individual to develop tailored support plans, which may include teaching daily living skills, assisting with medication management, and promoting physical activity.

What to Expect

  • Develop strong relationships with individuals and their families
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and household chores
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy through goal-setting and skill development

Compensation and Benefits
