About the Role:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Customer Service/Contact Center Representative at Animal Dermatology Group's Corporate Office.

Requirements:

  • Reliable attendance
  • Outstanding customer service and telephone communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and veterinary practice knowledge
  • Excellent communication abilities; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in customer-facing positions
  • Preferred background in veterinary or medical settings
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks
