As an I.T. Technician IV, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive support for PCs and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Administer a multi-server network environment.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct research and testing on new technologies for network systems.
  • Document and resolve technical problems effectively.
  • Identify system vulnerabilities and propose solutions.
  • Oversee the maintenance of data communication lines and related equipment.

Technical Skills Required

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of:

  • Network interface configurations, including cards, protocols, and cabling.
  • Router, switch, and hub functionalities.
  • End-user software systems and their updates.
