Foreman Friedman, P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate and Commercial Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation group, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling construction defect, premises and product liability and other civil litigation law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate and commercial litigation matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation efforts
  • Negotiate with opposing counsel and parties to resolve disputes
  • Handle construction defect, premises and product liability and other civil litigation law matters
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve team goals

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • JD and Florida Bar member (additional bar admissions are appreciated)
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience preferred (recent graduates will be considered)
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidence
  • Interest in a team-oriented business culture and able to work independently
  • Creativity and good judgment
  • Action-oriented leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
