About the Role:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and services that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Recruit, select, orient, and train clinical staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Ensure that nurses are current in competencies, assessments, licensure, certifications, and other annual training requirements.
- Provide direct patient care and assess, plan, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Lead and direct the work of others, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements:
- Current FL RN License.
- At least 5-7 years of clinical experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- BLS and ACLS Certifications.
