Job Summary

The Office of Operations is seeking a bright, energetic, and detail-oriented student to support the Federal Work Study Fleet and Space position. As a student representative of the Office of Operations, the student in this position will be the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and must positively portray a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining fleet and space for the entire campus.
  • Utilize strong analytical and customer service skills to prioritize effectively.
  • Assist with reports and scheduling.
  • Deliver and maintain vehicle and golf cart maintenance.
  • Maintain inventory of fleet and space.
  • Perform administrative duties, including mailing letters, making copies, faxing documents, data entry, and making phone calls.
  • Other duties assigned by the Director of Operations.
Requirements
  • Must have a Federal Work Study award.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Must be in good academic standing and maintain good standing for the duration of employment.
  • Must be in good conduct standing with the Office of Student Integrity and maintain good conduct for the duration of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced computer skills and the use of a fax machine, copier, and printer are a plus.
  • Knowledge of databases and how they work.
