Job Overview

Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to clients with developmental disabilities.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Document client progress and prepare reports for IEP meetings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure therapy goals are integrated into the classroom environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and provide strategies for support at home.
  • Meet productivity expectations as set by the Director of Related Services.
  • Adhere to all professional licensing and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current licensure from the relevant state board and certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • Clinical Fellows and Speech and Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are encouraged to apply.
