Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Long Term Care Recruiter to join our team at GQR Uniti Med LLC. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing qualified medical professionals in travel Long Term Care positions across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for travel Long Term Care positions, utilizing a range of recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, understanding their skillsets, requirements, and personalities.
  • Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and interviewers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Negotiate assignment and placement details, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Manage a desk of travelers, providing ongoing support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Meet weekly performance metrics, driving recruitment success and growth.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including different healthcare roles and their qualifications.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation packages in the healthcare sector.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
