Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and inspect assigned work areas to ensure compliance with site-specific procedures and Servicon standards.
  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on safety regulations, efficient cleaning methods, and equipment maintenance.
  • Empty, clean, and damp-wipe waste receptacles, remove trash, and vacuum rugs and carpeted areas.
  • Hand dust and wipe clean office furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
  • Damp-mop or clean spills in offices, stairwells, and public areas.
  • Keep janitor's closet clean and organized.
  • Sweep or dust mop hard floor surfaces.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of custodial experience (preferably in healthcare facilities).
  • 1+ years of experience in floor care and carpet cleaning.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site.
