As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper with Drury Hotels Company, LLC, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel. This position involves working closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet our rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves maintaining exceptional levels of service through guest and team member satisfaction, ensuring high standards of quality are met in all areas, including guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, department storage areas, and work areas. You will also be responsible for leading the Housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards.

Requirements:

You should have a thorough knowledge of cleaning methods, operation of laundry services, and proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals. Additionally, you should have general knowledge of equipment such as vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers. Your ability to lead the Housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards will be essential.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.05 - $31.59, with opportunities for advancement based on relevant experience, skills, and education.
